100 miles on a bike across Wales wouldn't be easy for the keenest of cyclist so imagine how it is going to be for me!

I have been training since January (in the cold and wet) so I hope to achieve a time of 6.5 hours but just completely the ride will be a massive achievement.

Any sponsorship you can give will be greatly appreciated and it will go towards a worthy cause, as all of us have either friends or family who have fought cancer.
