Story

Hi guys thanks for dropping by and thank you to everyone who has already donated so generously.

I have successfully summited Mount Kilimanjaro and stood on the roof of Africa the highest free standing mountain in the world.

All my extensive training paid off and your wonderful donations helped me every step of the way.

I have made some wonderful friends along the way and their support has been tremendous.

Please keep the money pouring in and help me put my target to St Margaret's Hospice through the roof!!

This has all been in memory of my Dad Michael John Helyar, who benefited greatly from St Margaret’s, spending the last few weeks of his life in a beautiful, contemporary building full of light and love. Their individual care and professionalism helped us all through this difficult time and allowed Dad to die with dignity and respect.

Let St Margaret’s live on and continue their work to help others during the last stages of an incurable illness.

Picture me holding one of those great big oversized cheques with lots of noughts on the end, that’s what I aim to achieve for a wonderful charity funded by public donations. Your support will make this vision come true.
