Call me crazy, very optimistic or just plain stupid but I have agreed to run the Bath Half Marathon to try and raise some cash for the charity closest to my heart - the good old RNLI!

I have been closely connected with the RNLI for over 8 years, which began with my becoming the first female crew member on the Weston-super-Mare lifeboat.  The arrival of my two very young children means that I have had to take a (hopefully temporary) break from crewing the boat, and instead I now dedicate my efforts to fundraising for the RNLI.

Your donation will mean a lot to me and make the 13 miles (and all the training in between) that much more enjoyable.  Thank you.
