Tom Denning and I are running the Great North run on the 5th October.Hopfully we will survive .  The run is 13 miles from Newcastle central to South shields. Which is far enough by metro!!

We our running on the behalf of the Athony Nolan Trust please follow the link on the left to gain more imformation. We decided this Trust was doing a great job after joining the register after being imformed about its work and what it is doing to help.

Tom and i have agreed on an amount and once this amount is met we will do the run in skirts and any other female items that you suggest so if you want see our sleek figures in dresses please donate generously.. if we hit the next target we will wax our legs for the run.  obviously we have told a few trusted people the amounts who will be put in charge of waxing and dressing.

Its great you are helping this cause. And even better why not join the register.
