Karen and I, together with Paul from our Parish and another 4 cyclists completed  the Chester to Bridgnorth leg of the national Fairtade bike relay, '500 miles for 500 towns'. We're still aiming to ask 100 people to donate a minimum of 500p (£5) to help us raise £500!

The ride was 60 miles and did take us 7 hours - quite an endurance test into a strong head wind for the entire journey!
