We raise awareness of less common cancers to secure the best services for patients

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

We currently have a sub team of four confirmed runners from the Victoria Line Upgrade Team, but hoping to encourage two others to join us. We will be joining a main team team from the Rarer Cancer Forum, all of which are running to raise money for the 'Rarer Cancer Forum' . Our sub team are hoping to raise £1500 between us, in addition if any of the menbers from my sub team manage to beat my time I will donate £10 for every one that does!

I know many of you have sponsored me in the past on my previous runs in London and my treks to Malawi and China so I know I am again banging at your door. Don't believe what the politicians are saying, there is no recession there is  splenty of disposable income around so please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks you.

About the charity

People with rarer cancers often feel isolated and find it difficult to get accurate information about their illness. We offer advice and information, put people in touch with others for support, raise awareness of less common cancers, and work to secure the best possible services for patients and their families.
