For those close to me you'll not be surprised I'm running the London Marathon again this year (13th April 2008), for those not so close...I'm running the 26.2 mile course for the second time to raise money for Ashgate Hospice...a charity close to the heart of my family. 

To make pounding the streets of London all the worthwhile, I have set a target to raise £1000 of sponsorship which will enable me to fund the purchase of an Oxygen Concentrator to be used by patients at the hospice. An Oxygen Concentrator will help patients suffering from shortness of breath though improving their quality of life and general well being whilst at the hospice.
