Story

Chris Spellman is taking on the ultimate challenge on 26th September this year.....he's competing in the Elbaman Ironman Race on the beautiful island of, you've guessed it, Elba (Italy's third biggest island, just off the Tuscany coastline).

He's spent many months training for this challenge and competing in other stamina-testing events, but this one is particularly extreme and gruelling.

He has a trio of ball-busting courses to nail - a 2.3 mile sea swim. Next, the bike ride - he has to navigate his way around 112miles of steep climbs and dangerous downhills. As if that's not enough he has to finish off with a full 26 mile marathon. The Elbaman is ranked in the Top 10 toughest ironman courses in the world. The Elbaman will push Chris to the limits - it will be one of his biggest challenges to date....No Guts / No Glory!

Chris wants to turn his sweat and toil into money and invaluable research for an amazing charity that supports children and adults with Prader Willi Syndrome (PWS) a chromosomal disorder. Any money you donate will, without a shadow of a doubt, make a huge difference to some incredible children/adults' lives and for this we are truly grateful to you.  If you’d like to learn more about Prada Willi Syndrome visit www.pwsa.co.uk
