Sarah Clarke, Emma Newbury and Christine Batchelor are attempting to do the Helly Henson Adventure Challenge as a team, on Oct 19; this is a  25k Bike Ride, 10k Run, 1.5k Kayak plus other additional challenges. None of the team have ever attempted anything like this before so please sponsor us.
