On 12th July I'm running the British 10K London run - which I'm sure  will be great fun!!  I am doing it  to help raise money for Chelmsford Mencap Daybreak, which is a holiday play scheme my friend runs for disabled children.  All the money raised will help to take over 160 disabled children from all over Essex on day trips throughout the summer.

Many of these kids are severely disabled and don't get many opportunities for days out - this is a small charity and every penny raised will be spent directly on making sure these kids have a great summer - so PLEASE sponsor me!
