We support children to talk and understand words

Story

My name is Chris. I've been a runner for nearly all my life (I'm 28). I started when I was 9 years old in the Junior Jogger's Running Club at my elementary school. I was hooked the moment I experienced the breeze on my face as I made round after round on the track. To say running is a hobby or that I'm an enthusiast would be an understatement. Running is a lifestyle and my meditation. It is my passion.

What I haven't told you, is that I also have a passion for children in need. In particular, educational needs. What I am running to support is just that. It's running to give a voice to the voiceless. It's running to gain support for children in need of quality education and therapy.

We need your help in raising funds to support! Please consider donating to this great cause and make a change in a childs life!

100% of the fundraising goes towards I CAN's Meath School, where I volunteer!

About the charity

At least 1.9 million children in the UK are struggling to talk and understand words.  We give children and young people the skills they need so they aren't left behind. We do this by creating tools for schools and nurseries, giving advice and guidance to families and putting pressure on politicians.
