On the 27th March we will compete against 14 other teams in a race to complete a distance of 100km on an indoor rowing machine. Our team is limited to 4 people meaning that each of us will have to row approximately 25km! For those of you who have tried to row just 2km before, you will know what kind of an epic challenge this is.

Now, this 25km may not be all in one go, that would be too easy and too slow. If we want to win, we will have to take it in turns to row in short bursts at close to 100% effort repeatedly throughout the day. The estimated time to complete this huge distance being between 7 and 10 hours!
