This year we both really wanted to do something worthwhile.

We have decided to take part in the Edinburgh Christmas Walk 2010 which is a 6 mile walk around the beautiful Inverleith Park.

My chosen charity for donations is the Quarriers, which is a Scottish charity who work towards providing practical support to children, adults and families by helping influence their lives in a positive way and helping them to lead safe and fulfilling lives.

If I can raise the target I have set for this particular charity then I will be extremely happy and I know it will make a difference. 

So please take the time to give a little to a good cause, and know that I will be freezing cold walking around Edinburgh in December!
