Our daughter, Constance, has recently been diagnosed with a mitochondrial disorder.  This excellent charity provides respite and end of life care for people in our situation.  We would be grateful if you could help support such a worthy cause.

To show just how serious it is, I have been persuaded to sign up for the Adidas 5km run in September.  (I think this should give me sufficient time to ensure that, from a standing start, I am at least fit enough to walk the distance without needing a break!)
