When a middle aged man can't afford a sports car to get over his mid life crisis what does he do?

 Run off with a group of like minded  scruffy middle aged blokes to walk along an 86 mile wall in the no mans land between England; The land of Harry and Saint George and Scotland; The land of Jimmy Krankie.

 All the guide books I have read tell me that it takes 6-7 days to walk the wall so we will do it in 4! Just to get lots more blisters.

The walk was completed with a spring in our step in the first weekend of May and i would like to congratulate all my fellow walkers who were fantastic .

.The limbs should regain feeling around the end of September !

I  had never met anybody with CMT until my daughter was diagnosed at the age of 5 years old. I now go on The Young Peoples weekends as a helper  where children/ young people who have CMT are able to try lots of supervised activites which they would not usally be able to try,these kids are fantastic and deserve all the good luck they can get.

We are a charity which gets no Government funding and relies on donations form the public to run the charity.We are trying to raise enough money  to take this fantastic group of young people away on the next activity weekend.

 CMT is a condition that affects the nerves in your legs and arms, known as the peripheral nerves. Because CMT affects both types of peripheral nerve, you can experience motor problems as the command pathways fail to respond properly, causing weakness and wasting in your muscles and numbness/sensory problems.
