As some of you may know, when my daughter Rose was first born she had a few 'difficulties' She was sent down to Bristol St Michael's hospital for emergency treatment. It was there that she first opened her eyes, and thanks to their care we were able to get back up to Gloucester for the recovery leg.

Cots for Tots operate a hostel over the road from the Hospital, for parents with children in intensive care.  It is a completely free room, that offers parents a chance to be with their children when staying in a hotel would be simply too expensive. 

Although it didn't feel like it at the time, Ally and myself were so fortunate with Rose as we were only there 2 nights, There have been people who have been there for up to 6 months. 

It is an excellent cause to support, Marty and Ben have been kind enough to dedicate their time and effort training for the marathon to this too.

So please help me support this initiative and help cots for tots continue to provide this service to those who need it most.
