Simon Ripley, Simon Birleson, Bret Upex, Andrew Davison, Michael Russel, Ian Chambers, Chris Dixon, Michael Hudson, Ste Morgan, Chris Hemmings, Ken Ripley and Billy Hutchinson are attempting the Coast to Coast cycle ride from Whitehaven to covering over 135 miles. We will be trying to raise as much money as possible for the British Heart Foundation!
If it wasn’t for these guys and the surgeons at the Freeman hospital, well its simple, Simon Ripley would not be here! If it wasn't for the help and aid of the British Heart Foundation, after his transplant, he wouldn’t be back to who he is today and able to organise and join in with this cycle event! We will be setting off on the 25th May 2010 for the 3 to 4 day journey which coincides with the 2nd year anniversary of Simon's heart transplant.
