Along with 14 friends I am taking part in a 3 day bike ride from Whitehaven in Cumbria to Sunderland a distance of approx 150 miles.The ride will take place over the August Bank Holiday weekend 28th to 30th. This year I am supporting Cancer Research and would appreciate any donations towards this charity - One in three people will be affected in some way by Cancer, survival rates have doubled over the last thirty years but support is still needed to help Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.
