I have foolishly agreed to attempt the Taff trail challenge once again with a bunch of colleagues from work, this time I have a new bike and new legs so hopefully it won't fall apart and neither will I !!!  The challenge takes place on Sunday 7th September, it's a 55 mile ride from Brecon to Cardiff along the taff trail, I'll be sitting on a very uncomfortable seat for around 4-5 hours all for charity so would appreciate your support!
