It's the annual 10K Fun Run (?) in aid of the Scottish Motor Neurone Disease Association on Sunday 13th May in Strathclyde Park.  We don't want to tug at your heartstrings but this is a charity that is very important to close friends of ours. On the 13th of May Kev, Sineidin and Louise will be running and having lots of FUN in support of this charity. If you decided supporting is more for you than running all sponsor money will be gratefully received.
