My name is Sarah Cooper and I'm a career and lifestyle coach and founder of Cows From My Window.

My dream (as well as the cows thing...) is for us all to make the most of our lives.  To follow our hearts and pursue what makes us happy.

Make-A-Wish Foundation UK grants the special wishes of children aged 3 to 17 who are fighting life-threatening illnesses. They'll help around 1,000 children this year. 

I'm suggesting £20 but please give whatever you can afford. JustGiving will add 28% to your donation at no cost to you if you are a UK taxpayer.
