Hello and welcome!
My name is Sarah Cooper and I am a career and lifestyle coach and founder of Cows From My Window.
My dream (as well as the cows thing..) is for us all to follow our hearts and pursue what makes us happy.

In return, I'm asking each person - and anyone else who'd like to support the Do What You Dream Of Challenge - to make a donation towards a less fortunate child's happiness.
Barnardos believes every child deserves the best start in life and the chance to fulfill their potential. They run 415 projects across the UK, tackling issues such as drug misuse, poverty, homelessness, sexual abuse and domestic violence.
I'm suggesting a donation of £20 but please give whatever you can afford. Just Giving will add 28% to your gift at no cost to you, if you are a UK taxpayer.
