Anyone who knows me will know that running over 13 miles (or trying to) is completely out of character for me. The Prince of Wales Hospice is a fantastic charity. I'm not just saying that because my wife happens to work there. I've visited on a number of occasions and the thing that strikes you most is the atmosphere they manage to create in what you might expect to be a sad and morose place. They don't charge for their services and so donations are always much appreciated and put to very good use. Please dig deep - I will be doing on 5th October!
