Hi there,

I have, some might say, foolishly decided to take on the Dublin Marathon on 26 October 2009.

My ultimate goal is to complete the London Marathon in 2010 but in order to be eligible for London I have to complete a marathon first within 3hours 15mins! So the challenge is set and I’ve chosen Dublin, with the ‘home’ crowd (and not too many hills!) as the ideal venue.

I'm raising funds for the club I am involved with in London.
