Having spent many years talking about running a Marathon, I'm finally putting my money where my mouth is and running the 2008 London Marathon.

I'm running for the Cromer Life Boat (RNLI), which is run exclusively by volunteers and means that the money they can get goes directly to saving lives. The Cromer life boat are crew willing give up their own free time so I'm hoping to be able to give something back.

They are the true 4th emergency service!

I have worked in Cromer (for the Cromer Crab Company) for over 4 years now and through work I know a few of the crew personally and know what great work they do.
