Story
1st Barrhead Explorer Scout Unit, is a group of young people who really enjoy the great outdoors. Recently, we hammock camped using equipment borrowed from another scout group, and found the experience very enjoyable.
We would like to share this experience with the rest of our group, by owning our own equipment. This will enable us to provide similar experiences to the full range of members in our Scout Group, aged from 6 to 18.
In order to fundraise for this, we will be keeping a static cycle running for 24 hours during an indoor camp.

5 years agoI'd just like to thank everyone who supported our group funding, in total, with our local funding included we raised a massive £906.01. Thank you, your support will make a huge difference to our local youngsters.
