Over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of September, myself (Richard Daly), Rachel Breslin, Rob McSparron, Dave Telford, and Paul Stoker are participating in a number of obstacle course runs in Perth (The Spartan Races).

On the Saturday, Myself and Paul will be partaking in a 30+ mile ultra obstacle course run. We'll be joined on Sunday by Rachel for a 10 miles obstacle course run, with Dave and Rob joining the three of us later on the Sunday afternoon for a 5 mile sprint, it is going to hurt but hopefully will also be an amazing experience. As such we are looking to collect sponsorship in conjunction with 4Qcancer, who are raising money for the local Morpeth based charity 'Henry Dancer Days' which provide children with bone cancer and their families with support/experiences to help during the ordeal they are being put through….
