Our magnificent minibus is now 13 years old, and beginning to show its age. Also our activity costs are increasing year on year. The minibus is an essential asset for our Group and the range of activities we offer are driven by our youth membership forums, so neither is something we want to lose. Equally we don’t want to pass extra costs on to you, our parents. As a Group the only fundraising we have done in the last few years has been a coffee morning. This level of fundraising is no longer sustainable. So we need your help with fundraising for your group. Debbie and Neil Mason are the parents of one of our scouts. They are taking on the "crazy walk" of 44km (that's just over 27 miles) from Crawley to Brighton to help raise money towards a new minibus. They are braving blisters and lost toenails (eek) and would really appreciate your support!
