My Nan passed away on the 2nd April 2019 at the ellonor hospice in northfleet, Kent. Here my nan was cared for by a fantastic bunch of staff and they even let me and my family spend over night with my nan and this I was so grateful for because it meant that I was able to keep the promise I had made to my Nan which was that I I wouldn't be going anywhere. After my nan had passed away we was still able to spend as long as we wanted with her and the support they gave was amazing. The staff at the ellonor hospice do an exstreamly tough job but they so it well and I am raising this money so that I can give them something back in return for the care they gave my nan and making sure that my nan was comfatable in her final days.
