As most you know we lost my beautiful sister almost 3 years ago. She is forever in our thoughts and we constantly talk of her infectious personality and character.

Throughout her illness, she never gave up. She will always be an inspiration to all of us who knew her and her battle. She gave each of us amazing memories, she fought till the very end.

Gemma is not the only person we know who has fought or who is fighting. Billions of lives across the globe are effected by tragedy everyday, not just cancer but many other illnesses, homelessness, poverty and death.

A few years ago Gemma wanted to give her Christmas, her favourite time of year, to feed and help homeless people, so why shouldn't we do all we can to help in her absence? Why not continue what she was passionate about?

Ask yourself this: If you lost everything tomorrow, what would it take to rebuild your life?

With this in mind I am taking part in various challenges to raise money and awareness for these causes.

Mad August - 150 miles (241km) throughout August - completed 157 miles!

Neon 5km Run (Exeter) - November 2018

Please donate and help me raise money for those less fortunate and for those going through difficult times. We can't stop all the bad things that happen but by raising money we can make their situations slightly better.
