21st July -castle Howard half marathon-completed 22nd September - Hull Marathon.
29th September - Pontefract half marathon 6th October - St Aidans trail Half Marathon
20th October - York marathon

I am raising money for 2 great causes:

The Charles Hunt centre in Hailsham and The St Richards Hospice based in Worcester.

The reasons for this are as follows:

My wonderful grandma recently passed away at the age of 95 and for the last few years she was a regular visitor to the Charles Hunt centre where she would go for lunch and enjoy various types of entertainment meaning that she had a place to go and socialise, enjoying herself within her community, the centre relies heavily upon donations and volunteers and provides vital services to the elderly and vulnerable.

In May 2018 my Uncle In Law tragically passed away at the age of 45 following a battle with a rare form of stomach cancer, during his battle Chris received treatment and care at the St Richard's Hospice. He spent his final days in the hospice who offer amazing support to families and do all they can to accommodate the needs of those they care for. This meant that Chris was able to be surrounded by his loving wife Holly and his wonderful Sisters Angela and Julia in his final weeks as the hospice were able to accommodate them. The comfort this brings to families dealing with such tragedy, being able to be nearby and to support one another is so important. So I would like to help give other families this opportunity by supporting their cause and raising much needed funds.
