As many of you know my dear friend and colleague Lee Scott committed suicide last September leaving his wife and two young children. My wonderful colleagues at work have run a number of fund raising events for the kids and I've decided use an upcoming cycling adventure to help raise money. Ultimately yes I'm asking you to give me money for doing something that I love to do any and every day of the week which is cycling up and down mountains....

This one is a bit different though, it's 312km in 14 hours, cycling around Mallorca, in an event originally called Mallorca 312, check it: http://www.mallorca312.com/recorrido_312

Its the furthest and highest I've ridden in a single day so its apt that I'm using this event to fund raise.

Sadly Lee isn't the only one of my friends that have taken this course in recent years, so I'll be splitting the monies raised equally with the Samaritans.
