Having that I am now President of the Biomedical Science Society here in Sheffield, I have no choice but to lead by example, and partake in our annual charity skydive (sorry mum)! So...myself and other members of my society have decided to launch ourselves out of a plane all in the name of charity! We are raising money for Sheffield Children's Hospital! The hospital are continuously doing extraordinary things for their patients, and we think they deserve a little help along the way. Money raised is used for novel groundbreaking research, specialist medical equipment, new facilities and also hospital improvements.
