Young people are struggling every year to find a career path and obtain direction in their lives. This leads to unemployment, raised petty crime levels locally and young lives being wasted.

Our organisation wishes to reach out to join up employers with the young people by way of apprenticeships. We wish to use our vast knowledge of the sector and close relationships with major construction companies and smaller family run businesses, to educate and support both the employer and the apprentice. Many businesses are aware of apprenticeships but lacking in knowledge and therefore frightening of committing. We aim to ise our expertise to make this process smooth and supported .

The goverment are backing these apprenticeships in the UK but there is jot enough help out there for companies woshing to get involved.

Our mission goal is to lower the number of young people out of work, increase opportunity in the local communities, give young people a bright future with a strong trade / professional qualification , whilst safe guarding our construction industry future.

Please help us achieve our goal to get this organisation up and running as soon as possible . We aim to launch in August 2018 lining up with College course start dates in september 2018
