Can I tell you a Story all about me?
A way you could help a working class family?

We chose our home, we thought it'd be fine,
But things can change in a blink of a eye.

I have a brain made in a different way, it changes how I think, how I act and what I say.

I look just the same I am just a little bit flappy,
but it doesn't cause a problem I do it when I'm happy.

They think that I have autism from the appointment initials.
But diagnosis can take years according to officials.

I have a baby sister who cant share my room,
I wish she could I love her to the moon.

But I like to throw and I dont understand,
that my meltdowns and screaming can get out of hand.

Safety and danger I don't know what they are,
I can't be contained by stairgates and bars.

Daddy goes to work every day of the week,
To pay for our bills and the food that we eat.

Mummys at home taking care of our needs,
She knows that she can't take her eyes off of me.

So a home on one floor is what we need,
with one bedroom each for my sister and me.

But my Mummy and Daddy can't save a deposit.
After our rent and bills theres none left over for it.

The housing won't help and we are a bit stuck,
And we know there are people a lot worse off than us.

All that we need is a safe home of our own.
Where we don't have to worry about stairs and things thrown.

I am keeping this private as Daddy would be ashamed.
If people new we were struggling and we were named.

But we are asking for help from people who care,
could you spare a penny or give us a share?
