On 14th May this year I sadly lost my nan at the age of 68 ( a day before her birthday) to very aggressive cancer which spread all over after being rooted within the bladder and bowel. I was inspired by her courage- she not once complained about life or her illness and her spirits were always high.She was, and still is, my role model; I am constantly inspired and driven to live my life to the fullest and help others- hence why I would like to use the money to:

- raise funds for the local doctors and hospital which provided her carers, equipment and support

- give funds to local charities- including teenage cancer, something she felt was greatly important

- treat my grandad- he gave up work and his social life to be by her side and I would love to take him to see his favourite football team play

I know this is a quite an unrealistic target but every small donation counts and I am extremely grateful to everyone
