I would love to wake up every morning knowing that no one, children in particular, has to go to sleep at night in hunger. Fast for Peace I believe can make a difference in all fronts, givers and receivers. Fasting, with choice, evidence shows, can be extremely beneficial for health. In turn, we can help others by donating an amount equivalent to the food that we have chosen not to eat. I am so excited about this initiative - a small step towards a more harmonious and peaceful world.
