Barbara's story

Barbara had gone through heartbreak all her life, after losing two of her children tragically at a young age, many would know her children as Donna Lidzy (Nee Fisher) and Russell Fisher. Barbara still kept a smile on her face that lit the world. She then went on to bring up her daughter’s child and supported her throughout her life, making sure she was the best she could possibly be.

Barbara earnt her wings already on this earth, but yet she still went on to bring up her great-granddaughter. Again she made sure she had the best life she could, even sometimes going without to make sure she had everything she needed.

She continued to support everyone around her, with her golden heart and loving arms, until the day God decided that he needed her as one of his beautiful angels. She always wanted to go to Greece again, but unfortunately she was too unwell to pursue this. She decided that her dying wish was to be scattered on Mouse Island in Greece.

We are going through the heartbreaking process of arranging the funeral and making sure she gets the send off she has truly earned and deserves. Every donation will be greatly appreciated and will contribute to her final wish.

We will all hold your guiding hands through everything we do in life and will promise to always live life to the fullest, just like you always did. Spread your wings our beautiful angel and look over us all.
