Story
We've been living in Rio de Janeiro for almost three years together and in that time have fallen in love with Brazilian people and culture. We don't expect any gifts for our wedding, all we really want is for you to be there and share our special day with us. However, for those who have asked for gift ideas, we have decided to establish this page to raise funds for a local organisation - Instituto Futuro Bom - which has been doing fantastic work establishing social projects for children from deprived areas of Rio.
Instituto Futuro Bom is a social initiative that supports children from local communities by providing opportunities to participate on sports programmes whilst enhancing their educational potential. Futuro Bom works with 400 children aged between 6 and 18 years old. Your donation will go towards tennis lessons, computer and English classes, uniforms, and food.
