I am completing a walking marathon on Thursday 14th February, along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. This is a big undertaking for bearing in mind 18 months ago I was 4 stone heavier and struggled to walk up the street.

This is in aid of the To Wish Upon a Star charity, which provides fantastic support for parents, siblings and families of children and young people who have lost their lives for whatever reason. The support starts immediately and is ongoing for as long as is needed with support groups provided throughout South and West Wales. This support is invaluable and stems from a lovely lady who had little or no support following the death of her son, which subsequently meant her husband took his life 5 days later. This lady is completing 5 walking marathons this year to represent those 5 days, I am only brave enough to attempt 1.

I would be extremely grateful for any support you can give, the pennies make the pounds and every penny goes to support those parents going through the worst time of their lives.
