Please help I am desperate , my name is Chelsea Hummel and I am a mother to 2 beautiful daughter's.
My youngest daughter Kyra has been kidnapped by her dad and his new girlfriend. I never gave up my parental responsibility we arranged to share Kyra 50/50 when we split up. But after a few visits he completely cut contact between me and my daughter with no reason or concern to do so . He black mails me and tells me I need to pay him £100 every time I want to see my daughter.also he's new girlfriend forces Kyra to call her mummy! Can you believe that!?. I have been to every authority for help but no one will help me.
I have been told to take the matter to court but being a single parent I can't cover the expensive court costs .
After exploring every avenue I went and took Kyra out of school and brought her home this was the first time I had seen her in a year. It was amazing she ran straight in my arms and wouldn't let go , she played with her sister and I was so happy as I had waited so long for this .
Unfortunately the police turned up and told me that they had to take my daughter away again without any proof of why or any explanation.
I have also been informed that Kyra's dad is taking her to live in Birmingham! So I need help to get a solicitor before he moves my baby away or I will never see her again. My little family has been ripped apart and I don't know where else to turn. There is nothing in writing stating that my daughter has to live with him or that I am a risk to my daughter . So please if anyone could help I would be forever grateful. I need my baby back and my daughter needs her sister.
It has been so hard on the whole family and I can't put into words how much it would mean to me to be able to have regular contact or even custody of my daughter again my heart is broken and I'm desperate.
