    Story

I see parents and carers struggling to and from school with their children’s scooters. Wouldn’t it be easier if we had somewhere the scooters could be kept during the day? I’ve spoken to parents about this and i know it would make your lives a lot easier too. I have done some research and it semms that a ‘scooter pod’ is the most viable solution. These work by having slots to store the scooters and the parents/ children bringing their own bike locks to secure the scooters. I‘d love to just buy one of these racks but they’re expensive! Chobham has been raising money through your clothes bank donations- the charity pays us a few pounds every time the clothes bank is full- and so far we’ve got about £150 which we will put towards the rack. These racks cost in the region of £750 so I thought it would be a goid idea to get fundraising!
