Keep Going The World Needs You
Hello everyone, my name is Clive Nyawo. I will be taking part in the 2019 Tough Mudder Finsbury Park 5K Urban event, whilst attempting obstacle courses that test mental and physical strength to raise awareness for Half Full Not Empty(HFNE) , a charity that encourages and equips young people to take a proactive, rather than reactive approach to their mental health.
So far Hall Full Not Empty has impacted over 4000 people through their social media, workshops and various events. HFNE is dedicated to tackle mental health issues in order to make the greatest impact possible.
Therefore my goal is to continue supporting the tremendous work HFNE does through fundraising.
We all have Mental Health. Lets get more proactive about it!
