Creations Childcare and Art Therapy is a newly opening centre based at Buckshaw Village Hall in Chorley dedicated to help young children combat childhood stress, anxiety and provides young children with relaxation techniques using art therapy and soothing sounds. Creations invite children from ages 0-11 and have a range of classes for each age range.

The story began when the owner of Creations first started working at local nursery settings 10 years ago and felt their staffing intake methods, behaviour and discipline techniques, developmental activities and the rate at which her own children we're learning was not satisfactory for her children. Many years had past and lots of outside skills and childcare achievements had been completed by the owner creating a ten year level of knowledge about mainstream nurseries. Creations came into place when the owner decided they could provide much needed families the high level standard even the most mature nurseries could not give. Through using a different outlook on childcare and the importance of key life skills and mood health Creations was born though now needs lots of help and generous donations for the daily art essentials the Centre needs along with a mini bus for educational outings and introducing a drop off service. We are a community based Art therapy Centre in Chorley in Lancashire and all purchases will be kept local to help maintain local businesses.
