Cupar Youth Cafe is the Youth Work Outreach project of Cupar YMCA-YWCA and as part of our commitment to bring life changing experiences to our local young people, we have a unique opportunity to send four of our Young Leaders to be heard on a worldwide platform as part of the world YMCA movement.

YMCA175 is a global youth event that will celebrate 175 years of the YMCA worldwide. The event aims to connect YMCA's global movement to build relationships and strengthen cross-cultural understanding, celebrate 175 years of YMCA's impact on youth and communities around the world and create solutions to address social challenges.

At Cupar YMCA-YWCA and Cupar Youth Cafe we know that young people have a passion and commitment to social justice and YMCA 175 is a chance to promote and be involved in positive cultural change through promoting global equality and diversity.

We are excited to be part of this worldwide event and are encouraging our young leaders to experience all they can to bring this learning and thinking back to our local community for the advancement of our service to the local young people.

Our Young Leaders are participating in a number of activities to help raising funds. This includes biking 175 miles and a 175 book and bake sale. They team and also hoping to complete some local funding applications to help reach our target.

100% of all donations you make will go to support the cost of our Young Leaders attending and traveling to this event.
