We are looking for grant funders and donations to help towards funding for funerals.

Funding for funerals has been set up to help families in need of help with funeral costs.

Families who are not eligible for funeral funding from the DSS may apply for funding through us for a basic cost funeral, which will consist of crematorium fees, doctors fees, hearse, coffin and plaque for cremation, if successful for funding families will not be able to add any extras onto the funeral such as limousine ,minister .

Families will need to meet certain criteria in order to be accepted for funding and to show that they are not eligible for DSS funding.

The aims and objectives is to be able to relieve the stress and upset many families face when dealing with bereavement and facing financial burdens and extreme anxiety that funeral costs often put on families with funeral costs rising on a year to year basis.

As funeral directors we have seen the increased pressure funeral costs can put on families when families are unable to receive help from the DSS .

This funding will be available nationwide.
