This just giving page has been set up on behalf of Jacobs journey & Steph Ryan to raise funds for a memorial tree in Jacobs name! It will be placed at zoes place hospice in liverpool!
The tree is a metal memorial tree in which leaves are added on for a child that passes away so they can be remembered always just like jacob xxx
