Story
On 23rd December 2017, Duncan Kaye, a much loved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend unexpectedly died.
Duncan was a lifelong fan of AFC Bournemouth and a supporter of the Dorset Children's Fund.
The Duncan Kaye Memorial Fund has been created to support a cause that would have been close to his heart.
In our first fund raising effort in 2018, we succeeded in raising the funds to purchase a purpose built wheelchair for Mason White a young Bournemouth supporter suffering from Epidermolysis billosa. This has allowed him to lead a fulfilling life, pursuing activities that would otherwise have been impossible.
We're raising funds again in 2019 to support children with disabilities in sport and will update you soon on the chosen recipient.
