My Anna-Lou and some her lovely Yr 6 pals are having a different kind of sleep over next Tuesday and are spending the night sleeping in cardboard boxes to raise money for their school who will donate the proceeds of their fund-raising, and other monies, for the children of Sierra Leone.

When Anna heard about the plight of the homeless kids in this war-torn African country she was devastated to imagine what their lives are like and wanted to do something to raise awareness amongst her peers and wider community.

The four children will therefore spend Tuesday night (16.04.19) sleeping in boxes on the floor without the home comforts we all take for granted. We are massively proud that these 10/11 year olds want to do this and although we have agreed sponsorship, we wanted to maximise their opportunity to raise as much money as they can.
