Any one who knows me knows I am not the fittest person. Which is why I have decided to push myself to my limits and do a few actictives to fundraise for SANDS and Blossom ward Craigavon hospital (the children ward). So far I have decided to get a marathon relay team together for the Belfast marathon 2019 and tough mudder 2019. Depending on how things go I may sign up so more. The hard work starts now for me with pt training (thanks Aaron Thompson) and going to the gym to be able to get my fitness built up to be able to do this.

These are my reasons why

In 2011 myself and Derek's cousin were both expecting we were both due in December 2011. Unfortunately May and Stuart's beautiful son Nathan was still born in November 2011. This is a pain no parent should have to endure. I've also experience with neonatal when Jason was born in March 2014.

In March 2014 I had my own beautiful son but at 10 days old he was diagnosed with mcadd a rare genetic metabolic disease. This destroyed my world. He has been in and out of hospital from he was born and this is my way of giving something back to the children's ward and thanking the nurses who have looked after him.

These are two things most of us have been effected by be that a child in hospital, a child in neonatal or a still born and if we haven't been effected by it personally we know someone who has been effected by it.
